Revivast is a trading name of AI Innovate Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at Office 6147, 182–184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom.

By using our website and services at revivast.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Revivast provides AI-powered photo restoration and enhancement services, including but not limited to: scratch and damage removal, colorization of black-and-white photographs, sharpening for print, and optional framed print delivery.

All digital services are delivered electronically via secure download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Restored photo files are made available for download immediately after successful payment. A magic link is also sent to your email address, allowing you to access your files at any time without creating an account.

We make reasonable efforts to process all restorations promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the restoration and service tier selected.

5. Physical Print Orders

Framed prints and physical products are fulfilled by a third-party partner. Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Revivast is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a restoration has been processed and delivered. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your restoration, please contact us at support@revivast.com and we will do our best to correct it at no extra cost.

For physical products that arrive damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

7. Your Photos and Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload. By submitting a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it and grant Revivast a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of delivering your restoration.

We will never share, sell, or use your photos for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. Photos are deleted from our servers after a reasonable retention period.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload photos that:

• Depict illegal content of any kind
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• You do not have the right to use or share

We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe violates these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Innovate Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at revivast.com/terms. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
